Our lease-only service handles advertising, showings, and tenant screening — we place a qualified tenant and then hand the lease back to you to manage. This takes about 8–10 minutes. Required questions are marked with a red * — everything else is optional.

We've received your property details and will be in touch within 1–2 business days to get your rental advertised and start finding you a great tenant.

Two steps to get started:
  1. Review & sign your Lease-Only Agency Agreement (button below, or from the link we email you).
  2. E-transfer one-half (½) of the first month's advertised rent to chris@theChristopher.ca. We begin advertising your property once both the signed agreement and this payment are received.
